What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential.As an Patient Services Administrator, you will:Handle enquiries and general queries.Will be required to greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments, making sure all patient information is correctDeal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretariesArrange Radiology appointmentsDistribute Radiology reports to referrersWork with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracyPut your strong IT and keyboard skills to workMaintain databasesProvide a range of secretarial services and diary managementPrevious Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage.Helping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
