More information can be found on the corporate website: www.cnhindustrial.comWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be part of the management team at our branch and will work closely with functional and regional organizations. You will be responsible for the continuous promotion and strategic implementation of Continuous Improvement to achieve world-class results in the areas of safety, customer satisfaction, quality, delivery, and operational financial performance. You will provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and tactical implementation of Continuous Improvement within Plant Operations.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in all production departments.
- Evaluate the company through Value Stream Mapping and develop a Value Stream Roadmap to increase efficiency, and actively participate in Kaizen activities.
- Train, coach, and support the team in Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools.
- Follow up on the Lean daily management plan and Gemba.
- Lead and facilitate multiple Kaizen events within the factory.
- Manage the site’s Kaizen roadmap and complete Kaizen sustainment.
- Challenge existing processes as a change agent.
- Act as a Cultural Champion, helping to determine the initiatives in our cultural journey and rolling them out.
- Manage the Best Methods team, consisting of two team leaders each with four to five workers, responsible for improvement projects.
- Responsibility for plant engineering, including facilities management and collaboration with the Plant Supervisor and his team leaders.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in lean leadership.
- Experience in a production environment with technically complex products.
- Expertise in operations.
- Active knowledge of cultural issues affecting lean implementation.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
- Desire to make an impact.
- Experience as a manager.
- Team player with a motivational leadership style.
- Advanced degrees and certifications such as Master Black Belt in Lean are a plus.
