Bulgarian Email Support Specialist

- Provide customer service in Bulgarian
- Provide customer service by responding to chats, emails and social media (90%) or by phone (10%)
- Responding to customer inquiries, such as payment or account blocking
- Fluent communication in Bulgarian (C1/C2)
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Availability to work min. 80h/month
- Openness to shift work (minimum 2 weekends per month)
