Our client, a leading wealth manager, has instructed us to search for a lawyer to join their highly regarded team. The team work very closely with the business and this is an excellent opportunity to work very commercially across a range of top quality & bespoke transactions.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on a range of issues including credit, banking products, financial regulation, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies in product and digital solution development.
• Support the provision of services on a cross-border basis, translating legal and regulatory risks into business strategies.
• Offer transactional support for credit services, including loan agreements, security documents, and consumer lending regulations.
• Manage external counsel relationships, ensuring effective and cost-efficient legal solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous development of internal processes for efficient legal advice delivery.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of experience in financial services, focusing on credit, banking, or investment management.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and European regulations affecting wealth management.
