As Head of Marketing, you will report directly to the Chief B2C Sales & Marketing Officer and play a key role in shaping DCC Energis marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a marketing strategy that enhances customer attraction, retention, and engagement while ensuring commercial success. You will be at the forefront of digitalization, strengthening the companys marketing framework and ensuring alignment across all business units, as well as leading a small, skilled team and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and impactful marketing presence across all channels.Furthermore, you will oversee and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring impactful communication that drives lead generation and sales conversion. The role requires a strong focus on digital leadership, including content strategy, permission management, marketing automation, and AI-driven marketing tools. Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory marketing requirements, while maintaining a close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Strategic Expertise & Hands-On Approach
To succeed in this role, you have a solid marketing background and is eager to take on more responsibility and drive both strategic and hands-on marketing initiatives. You might already have leadership experience, and you have the ability to work proactively, bring new ideas, and can ensure that the marketing efforts are both creative and commercially effective. You are a motivating and empathetic leader who can inspire your team and drive performance through collaboration and clear direction. Furthermore, you have experience with campaign execution, and content creation, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment where collaboration is key.
