If yes than MOL Group is the place for you!Within the Financial Planning and Reporting department, our team serves as a strategic business partner to the Group Retail segment, ensuring effective resource planning and control to support informed strategic and operational decision-making.Now our Team is looking for a highly skilled financial professional as:Financial Controlling & Process Improvement PartnerLocation: Budapest, MOL CampusAbout the company:Scope of the position:Here, you’ll immerse yourself in managing and implementing comprehensive financial processes, playing a crucial part in shaping the company’s financial direction and providing valuable insights that directly impact our strategic decisions.Your tasks will be:

  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare strategic plans, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with Group Retail and Finance objectives.
  • Process Efficiency & System Improvements: Continuously enhance finance processes and represent FP&R in system change initiatives.
  • Decision Support & Business Analysis: Provide financial insights and recommendations for business initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
  • Accounting Oversight & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee management accounting, and support annual audits.
  • KPI Development & Performance Management: Implement and standardize key performance indicators (KPI) and Business Balanced Scorecard (BBSC) for Group Retail.

We are looking for you if:

  • You have a University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
  • You have at least 3-5 years working experience within project management focusing on process improvement in finance (preferably in financial controlling, audit, financial analysis),
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,
  • You have experience in Power BI or other data visualization tools,
  • Strong stakeholder and presentation skills,
  • Analytical thinking,
  • Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.
