Autism Support Worker – Hillingdon

Position: Autism Support Worker
Location: Hillingdon, Greater London
Salary: GBP85 – GBP100 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary

The Role

As an Autism Support Worker, you will:

* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with autism.
* Assist in managing behaviour and establishing clear boundaries to create a structured learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement personalised learning strategies.
* Support students in developing social skills, independence, and confidence.
* Foster a safe and engaging space where students can thrive academically and emotionally.

Requirements

To be successful as an Autism Support Worker, you must:

* Be proactive, patient, and passionate about working with children with autism.
* Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing for one through Reeson Education.
* Provide two contactable references from working or volunteering with children or vulnerable adults within the last two years.
* Be available full-time (Monday to Friday) and ready to start immediately.
