As our Staff Product Operations Manager, you will be the critical interface between global Product & Engineering teams and regional Business Units (BUs). Your role will enable seamless communication, alignment, and execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring that product strategies and processes are effectively implemented and scaled to drive business outcomes.This is a high-impact role at the heart of a global SaaS organisation, where you’ll combine critical thinking with operational expertise to ensure efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement of product operations in our new Business Unit Operations Group.What’s In It For Me?

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, and Business Units to ensure strategic alignment and seamless collaboration across the PDLC.
  • Translate business requirements and customer needs into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Communicate product roadmaps, milestones, and updates effectively across stakeholders in business units and regional teams, including commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Work with regional teams closely to help prioritise key ideas and feed them into the Global Product Intakes Process, challenging where required,
  • Coordinate the release process to ensure stakeholders are informed, supported and well-prepared to deliver their go-to-market activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and help understand knowledge gaps in the region, working with the Knowledge Team to ensure they have the right scalable tools and resources to help bridge them.
  • Be the champion for the Global Product Strategy and Target Operating Model, ensuring it is well understood and constructively challenge any ideas, requests or initiatives that do not align with them.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks, processes, and best practices for product development and launch activities, ensuring alignment across global teams.
  • Lead the lifecycle of product rollouts, from conceptualisation and development to launch and post-launch monitoring, ensuring a consistent and predictable execution cadence.
  • Analyse data from customer feedback, business units, and product usage to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with business units to ensure feedback loops for product enhancements and prioritisation.
  • Collaborate on readiness and enablement programs for business units, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to execute new product launches.
  • Support organisational change during product or process transitions, ensuring adoption across global and regional teams.
  • Introduce tools, templates, and automation where appropriate to scale processes efficiently.
  • Mentor colleagues in Product Operations on standard processes, scalable operations and effective stakeholder management

Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:

  • Significant prior experience in Product Management in a SAAS or related industry
  • Demonstrated experience in product operations strategy, product analytics, business analysis, or similar roles that worked closely with both Operations and Product/Engineering teams
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related field)
  • Demonstrable experience working across multiple product teams and work streams concurrently, with high fidelity and the ability to manage up effectively
  • Proven track record in developing an excellent understanding of products and applicable use cases
  • A sharp eye for detail and demonstrated understanding of what types of innovative products/tools will be effective at helping other teams meet their objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, understand complex domains, and develop a deep understanding of complex products and their various use cases
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to operate with a high sense of priority, creating clarity of roles and responsibilities in a matrix environment
  • Proven experience with implementing operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritise, communicate progress, and deliver results across multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally, with multiple product groups across all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient/Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
