WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUTOptimize our ordering processes and supply chain management, providing efficient and reliable support to both Wholesale and Franchise operations. Managing ordering operations using internal tools and processes, focusing on collaboration and forecasting to support stable supplier and customer service level.
- Operates the franchise network in accordance with the corporate strategy goals.
- Collaborates with Wholesale and Franchise departments to provide high-quality customer service.
- Operates and fully supervises ordering systems.
- Ensures the best possible in-store availability from product listing
- Continuous control of the system operation and managing Operations feedback
- Collaborating externally with suppliers as well as internally across the whole business
- Managing internal KPIs (Supplier Service Level, Customer Service Level) while supporting Sales, Profit and Waste
- Delivering ad hoc tasks i.e. reporting, analysis, store feedback investigation
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Higher education
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Supply chain operational experience
- Intermediate level of English knowledge
- User knowledge of MS Office
- Forecasting skills, analytical skills
- Proactive approach
- Ability to perform well under pressure
