This role is ideal for a creative and hands-on professional who enjoys developing seasonal menus, leading a kitchen team, and delivering high-quality dishes in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficiency.
Develop a sustainable, seasonal menu, including snacks and specialty dishes.
Work actively in the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Maintain high operational standards, ensuring a well-organized and efficient kitchen.
Manage procurement, stock control, and cost-conscious purchasing.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality regulations.
Oversee kitchen administration, including inventory tracking and cost management.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation.
Support operational activities during renovation periods as needed.
