Manager Partner Program
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
-This person will be primarily responsible for driving the marketplace business with respective partners in Turkey and achieving the FY business targets.
-Responsible for managing / supporting new partner launches and piloting of new business models identified in the Partner Commerce landscape within Turkey
Responsibilities
-Strategically
plan and drive the Marketplace (3P) business for respective the marketplace players in the Turkey such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, etc.
-Work
with partners to define strategies / action plans / development areas to achieve Ambition targets and drive necessary communication to strengthen account relationships
-Work with the partners to plan commercial calendar and implement campaigns (product markdowns, vouchers etc) during Sales / non-sales periods for each platform.
-Continuously monitor and track KPIs listed below (and more) and prepare reports for management team.
-Create
daily, monthly and yearly sales plans and forecast respective KPIs to track business performance on a regular basis
-Work
jointly with DPC (Digital Partner Commerce) integration team to sustain daily operations runs smoothly in all aspects.
-Support
Hub DPC teams for new partner launches, any integration related changes for contract management, integration quality, budget and marketing spend alignments, range selection etc. to ensure a flawless launch
-Work
with the platform teams and the internal marketing activation teams to plan marketing campaigns on the platforms for driving incremental sales
-Work and plan for the assortment and product quantity for all future seasons for the adidas 3P / marketplace model with Ecom merchandising team
-Improve operational KPIs, such as cancellation rates, returns, etc, for the 3P marketplace business in Turkey in coordination with partner and adidas Operations teams
-Drive best practice sharing across Emerging Markets and other accounts
-In partnership with DPC analytics, measure partner program impact towards annual growth targets (sales, margin, consumer experience etc.) based on global frameworks and prepare reporting for global functions
-Working
closely with the Hub and Local DPC teams to ensure the Partner Program operation, expansion and execution ties in with the holistic (Market) DPC plan

-Brand share on the platforms
-Return rate
-Order cancellation rate
-Stock and range availability
-Store point on platform
-Store follower number / consumer engagement
Qualifications
-University degree in the field of Business, Marketing or equivalent
-6+ years of professional experience, 2+ years in E-Commerce
-Knowledge of the local E-Commerce and Marketplace landscape
-Sportswear industry experience is a plus
-Strong communication skills, ability to convince and motivate people on different seniority levels and communicate change
-Experience in working in cross-functional environments with a diverse stakeholder set
-Good project management skills, including the ability to lead several projects simultaneously
-Experience in Digital project management and agile execution methods is a plus
-Innovative mindset, encouraging change and taking personal ownership
-Understanding of collaborative business approaches in the online world
-Understanding of retailer’s operational processes and metrics
-Understanding of retailer’s financial metrics (sales, inventory, margin, returns etc.)
-Proficient in MS Office
-Fluent English, both verbally and written
