At Factorial, we are looking for a Global Partners Manager to grow and and strengthen our relationship with top technology and distribution partners.This role is pivotal in driving results across our core markets by leveraging partner scale while also spearheading expansion into new geographies. Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Global Partners Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our global expansion strategy with strategic partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy & analytics: Analyze, understand and prioritize business opportunities to drive growth and value in collaboration with partners.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives within partner organizations, aligning them with our goals and engaging them in new joint initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement & Sales Management: Drive our product’s success by rallying the partners’ sales teams and engaging customers directly to promote our offerings.
  • Global Expansion: Define and implement strategies to test and validate new market launches using local partners. Opportunity to launch local GTMs once market fit is established.
  • Project Management: Identify, plan, and execute high-priority initiatives with our partners, ensuring each phase is meticulously followed up and delivered on time.
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (both directly and indirectly) to ensure partnership goals are met. Foster a collaborative approach that impacts revenue and strengthens relationships with partners.
  • Proactivity: Actively seek new growth opportunities within existing partnerships and explore new potential partnerships that align with our strategic objectives.

Role Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Tier-1 Business school
  • 4-6 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, consulting or international sales. Experience in tech, consulting or investment banking is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally within the tech or SaaS sectors.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing sales and/or partnerships teams. Experience with global expansion is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities and driving successful initiatives.
  • Skilled in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools.
