Job description

As a Supply Planning Analyst you’ll manage and optimize the supply plan for more than 100 references of the company. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills who can navigate an ever-changing demand environment while ensuring inventory levels align with business objectives.Tasks:

  • Manage the supply plan ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and business priorities.
  • Address supply constraints and develop risk mitigation plans to meet customer needs.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and efficiency
  • Address slow-moving or excess inventory with targeted strategies.
  • Adjust supply plans to handle demand fluctuations with minimal disruptions.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs (inventory accuracy, service levels, availability).
  • Create dashboards and reports to highlight performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Work with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply chain goals.
  • Serve as the point of contact for supply-related queries.
  • Streamline planning processes, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to enhance supply chain resilience.
  • Contribute to cross-functional discussions to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Actively participating in stakeholder meetings including top management

International company active in the FMCG sectorChallenging position as a Supply PlannerWe are looking for a Supply Planning Analyst that:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management, with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics.
  • Proficiency in supply chain tools (experience with SAP HANA and SAP IBP is a plus) and advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets are mandatory. Experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau is preferred.
  • Strong communication in both written and verbal English.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset. A proactive approach with a continuous improvement focus.
  • Experience in preparing management reports is highly desirable.
