You’ll quickly find yourself responsible for coordinating support on all key HR functions internationally, providing administrative support and general HR relating tasks. For our global HR team we are looking for a HR Officer.Where you come inHR SupportAssist the HR department in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR administration.Support the HR team across various HR-related projects, while also managing your own project as part of our HR roadmap.Take care of the company newsletterGenerate and analyze reports from the HRM system.Ensure the accurate and timely recording of sick leave and holiday requests in the system.Manage all onboarding documentation for new hires.Employee AdministrationCoordinate employee benefits and related administration for the Netherlands.Ensure all essential employee data is accurately registered in our HRM system, Personio.Maintain complete and up-to-date employee files.Support the payroll administrationHave regular contact with the Belastingdienst, UWV, INDWhat’s in it for you?We offer a great package, next to a salary this includes a bonus, pension scheme, free disability insurances, ability to work partly from home, home office allowance as well as help for setting up your home workplace design.You’ll work in a modern international and diverse environment with great colleagues.
