The Styrenics Plastics Plant is part of the Plastics Solutions Business.Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the different sections.
  • Determine efficiency gaps in the plant Raw Material and Energy usage
  • Trouble shoot and develop improvement ideas in the plant unit operations
  • Define control strategies for stable operations under changing conditions
  • Being part of the plant on-call team
  • Act as Project Manager / Manufacturing Representative for capital projects

Qualifications

  • At minimum Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in Chemical Engineering or other relevant education.
  • Previous or current experience in chemical or plastics plant operations is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Basic Dutch is a required.
