Vendor Management – Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and that systems are pro-actively managed.Monitor and manage IT Expenditure – ensuring Financial targets are met. Spot opportunities for cost saving and act upon them. Identify and manage any changes which could impact Service Operations costs.Change Management – lead the business through IT change, aligning all Changes with organisational objectives, and promoting a culture of continuous improvementDocumentation – Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity of service.Asset Management – including Joiners, Movers, Leavers, Client Hardware & Software Process Management, Software Licensing Controls and auditing for compliance aligned to Rexel Group RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience in Service Operations ManagementProven experience with IT Service Management ToolsetsStrong background in managing third-party vendors and service providers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Superior negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
