About the RoleActing as root cause analysis specialist, you will be responsible to maintain and improve the highest level of availability of our machines to supply quality products to our customers. You will ensure the mechanical stability and reliability of the equipment by planning and supervising preventive maintenance, by analyzing breakdowns and by finding the best solutions to avoid them. You will have to support production team when having mechanical issues and bring sustainable and efficient improvements.We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. - Bring your technical expertise in line with the different production step to the company;
- Support and coach the production team on problem solving and in finding solutions;
- Actively support continous improvement activities and Project;
- Work with high technology equipment and processes.
- Ensure machines predictability and reliability.
- Make sure to keep high level of safety and quality on all machines.
- Support production team and act as mechanical key resource.
- Use Manufacturing excellence tools to improve actual standards and develop best practice to solve forever recurrent issues on our equipment.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer to the production and maintenance team by using optimal training method and standards;
- Make sur that all mechanical changes or improvements are properly plan, develop and execute;
- Plan, organize, lead and control preventive maintenance activities to optimize the tasks executed in the time planned;
- Act as the mechanical technical leader and coach within the operations team;
- Be part of the technical engineering team;
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineer, Industrial engineer, Automated production or related field.
- Have cumulated 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing (internship included)
- Skills in CAD and knowledge with Solid Edge software (or other similar)
- English knowledge will be valuable (both Verbal and written)
- Excellent skill in planning, organizing, communicate and decision taking.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work on multiple activities;
