You are proactive, detail-oriented, and always aiming for continuous improvement.You bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar Commercial Manager role within fashion retail. Your leadership skills enable you to manage and develop a team, while your commercial awareness helps drive sales. You are well-organized, customer-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing trends and store needs.DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY – What You Will Do
- Ensure the store layout is visually appealing and in line with company guidelines, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Promote new lines, implement creative merchandising strategies, and ensure that in-store displays reflect the latest trends.
- Analyse sales data, identify bestsellers, and adjust product placement to maximize commercial performance.
- Collaborate with store management and regional teams to execute commercial strategies and adapt to market demands.
- Monitor product availability, oversee stock levels, and work with senior management to optimize store inventory.
- Train, guide, and develop the commercial team, fostering a strong, knowledgeable, and motivated workforce.
- Maintain customer service excellence, ensuring all employees are well-informed about new arrivals, bestsellers, and fashion trends.
- Uphold health & safety standards, ensure store maintenance, and actively support sustainability initiatives within the store.
