- Location: Aldershot
- Duration: 3 – 6 months ongoing
- Schedule: Mon and Fri, 9 – 5
- Start Date: March 2025
- Rate of Pay: £28.88 – £31.32 per hour

Information on the team:
- Offer specialist mental health time to establish your needs and develop an individual personalised plan
- Provide practical help accessing community resources Identify brief interventions for managing stress and anxiety
- Offer access to a specialist mental health pharmacist
- Provide information and guidance on emotional and physical wellbeing
- Provide links to other mental health services and therapy providers.
What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of working age adults. In this role, you will:
- perform comprehensive patient assessments
- create and implement personalised care plans
- deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
- collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- maintain accurate patient records
- visits patients out in the community
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a current and valid NMC registration and pin
- experience working with working age adults in the community
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- access to a car for community/home visits
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday – Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 to 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.This opportunity won’t last long!
