PracticeTechnologies Embedded SystemsLocation Brussels, BelgiumType ContractHi,For our client in the railway industry based in Brussels I’m looking for a Deputy Quality Assurance ManagerResponsabilities:
- Support the Quality Assurance manager in the management of quality assurance activities on the programs/projects, instantiating the corporate processes, rules and guidelines.
- Perform the quality review of the program technical deliverables
- Produce the Quality documentation required within the program you are working on (Project Quality Plan, Quality Management Report)
- Prepare and organize the gate reviews of the program according to the Project Quality Plan.
- Manage the root cause analysis of the non-conformities raised within the programs and follow-up the implementation of the action plan.
- Perform the internal audits on the Program in order to control and improve the Assurance Quality at the program level
- Perform a detailed analysis of audit findings and propose strategies for their rectification to the Program/Project Manager in charge
- Facilitate the external certification audit program
- Track and facilitate resolution of issues raised during external certification audits and support coordination of related actions
- Ensure the adequate level of communication with all stakeholders of the programs/projects
- Manage the supplier quality issues and ensure that a root cause analysis has been defined in case of non-conformity and that the action plan has been defined and implemented.
- Follow-up the implementation of the action plan resulting from Findings and Non-conformities raised during Supplier audits
Requirement:
– Have over 10 years of successful experience in project quality management within the rail industry.
– You possess solid knowledge of key standards, including ISO 9001, CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50129, EN 50128, and EN 50155.
– You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint) and GitLab.
– You are a team player who communicates diplomatically, remains objective, and anticipates challenges.
– Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. A strong understanding of French is a significant advantage.Contract: Freelance
