Copenhagen, DenmarkWe are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Commercial Business Analyst to join our Digital Activation Analytics team under Group Commercial at Saxo Bank. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing data to understand customer needs and suggesting improvements based on your findings as well as understanding and optimizing the impact of our TREA inspirational content, measuring what content strategies work and for which clients.The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in commercial operations, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can help improve our products and services.Create and maintain dashboards to visualize data and track performance.Track our digital engagement efforts such as how TREA inspirational content is impacting key KPIs: %Clients Active, %Multi-Asset and %NFC-
NTC.Identify, define, and quantify clients’ needs. Develop and maintain global and local “client buckets” clustering clients in similar situations and similar needs.Collaborate with cross functional teams and local offices to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement. Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across all locationsProactively suggest solutions based on data analysis to meet customer needs.Identify which of our products, solutions and services address persona buckets’ needs in the most commercially viable wayContribute to the strategy and advocate for automation of processes and tooling improvements.Promote the adoption of a data-driven mindset and the benefits of A/B testing by educating our local offices and internal stakeholders.Ideal Candidate:Experience in a commercial or business development role, preferably in a global contextExcellent skills in creating dashboards and visualizing data to support decision makingAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple officesExcellent collaboration and communication skillsProactive and results-oriented mindset.Familiarity with statistics and econometrics.Experience with performance tracking and dashboard managementKnowledge of SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Adobe CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer is a plus.Why Join Us:At Saxo Bank, we value innovation, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
