- Information Gathering: Collect and verify all necessary information to complete client files accurately.
- Database Management: Efficiently add and update client information in our databases.
- Status Communication: Keep teams informed of progress and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
- Process Management: Oversee recurring processes for reporting and document handling.
- Training Support: Contribute to the development and updating of training materials as our processes evolve.
Tools You’ll Use:You will utilize a range of tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and KPMG databases & systems, to excel in your role.#LI-HR1LocationZaventem HQSkills & Qualifications
- You are fluent in English and speak Dutch or French, enabling you to communicate effectively in our diverse team.
- You are either well-versed in or eager to master MS Office applications, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- You are reliable and know when to seek assistance, fostering a supportive team environment.
- You thrive on taking initiative, thinking ahead, and managing tasks autonomously.
- You enjoy working in an organized manner and have a keen eye for detail.
- Your communication style is straightforward and effective, ensuring clarity in all interactions.
- Previous experience in an administrative function is an advantage but not a requirement.
