Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs a Materials Planning & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Works with the sales and commercial team, region personnel, AMO and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons in to physical orders and ensures they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.As a Materials Planning & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring availability of Job items according to String Test Plan
- Managing Non-Conformance (Internal and Vendor related) to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Planning preservation of Job Item according to technical requirements
- Ensuring timely delivery of Quality Certification according to QCP
- Ensuring timely WIP closure
- Managing of BOP materials after String Test to reach goal of 100% completeness and Zero Punch List
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
- Be fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial are preferred) fields with basic experience in Manufacturing, Operations or Production Quality Control
- Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes
- Have good problem solving skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Show teamwork and change agent attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to details
