HSE ManagerRotterdam (4 days a week in office/ 1 from home)Dutch/English speakerWe are seeking a proactive, hands-on HSE Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance across the Netherlands, with occasional international travel. This is a unique opportunity to shape global safety strategies, collaborate with an international auditing team, and deliver impactful training programs that make a difference.What you will be doing:
- Implement and drive the Health & Safety module in the site location
- Work closely with HSE specialists and managers in different regions.
- Deliver training sessions for global teams.
- Collaborate with international auditing teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Support stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior leadership.
- Travel to key locations (US, Europe, South America – 5-6 times per year).
Is this you?
- 3-6 years of experience in HSE, ideally within an international environment.
- Strong communicator who can work across multiple teams and cultures.
- Experience with ISO 45001 and safety policy implementation.
- Dutch and English is a must – German or Spanish is a plus.
- Hands-on and strategic mindset, able to navigate a matrix organization.
