As our new Project Manager in R&D in Lystrup, you will be leading development and internal change projects through the integrated product development process until handover to either production, service or directly to our customers.You will become part of a Project Management Office (PMO) and together with the entire PMO team, you will ensure that all R&D projects are driven professionally across Terma and across all product development areas. In Lystrup, development focuses on system integration, design, validation, and innovation in software, electrical, and mechanical projects.As a part of the PMO department, supporting our internal projects, travelling activity from Lystrup to Søborg and vice versa must be expected.How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving project initiation, pro-active risk management and being persistent during project execution
- Engage with key project and management stakeholders to ensure high transparency of project status during execution and to ensure a sustainable result after project closure
- Drive the project(s) you are leading, have focus on improving the way we work throughout the project lifecycle, and to ensure to implement PMO best practices the best possible way in your own projects
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
- You hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Engineering, Administration or another relevant field of study
- You have minimum 5 years of experience working as a project manager within product development or new product introduction or as an experienced technical lead or team lead for product or innovation projects
- Certified Project Manager in one or more projects or change management models is preferred, e.g. Prince2, SAFe including agile development, ADKAR
- You are an experienced MS Office user, especially in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferable Project, you might also have experience with JIRA
