What you’re going to doAs a courier, you will contribute to the beating heart of DHL Express’s operations in Den Hoorn, ensuring our customers receive their packages with efficiency and a smile. You’ll face the rewarding challenge of navigating routes, handling diverse shipments, and embodying our commitment to service excellence. We’re looking for someone with a valid B driver’s license, experience in delivery, and a customer-first attitude. Your ability to lift up to 30 kg and communicate fluently in Dutch or English will be key to your success in this role.Responsibilities:

• Deliveries: ensure timely and safe package delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Route planning: optimize daily routes for efficiency and service quality.
• Customer interaction: build and maintain positive rapport with customers during deliveries.
• Package handling: manage and transport shipments of various sizes, including heavy items.
• Teamwork: collaborate with the team to maintain a supportive and productive work environment.

What we ask of youSeeking a diligent courier who embodies service dedication and self-reliance.

• Valid B license, 1+ year driving experience
• Proven courier background in the Netherlands
• Minimum 28-hour availability, includes Fridays
• Customer service mindset, proactive approach
• Capability to handle parcels up to 30 kg
