Production Planning Manager role in Leeds suitable for a self-starter with good systems and process knowledge.The Production Planning Manager will have responsibility for:

  • Ownership of the production plan and its implementation
  • Working with engineering to ensure drawings are available for production
  • Liaising with customers on status of orders
  • Working closing with purchasing to ensure all materials are available for production
  • Creating standard operating procedures for the department
  • Organising dispatch of orders both within the UK and internationally
  • Promoting a culture focussed on continuous improvement
  • Developing a small team of employees, focussed on driving success in the department

This leading UK business has experienced impressive growth in recent years due to their innovation, agility, and an ambition to succeed and are looking for a like-minded Production Planning Manager to join their team. They are looking for a process driven person with experience in planning and a passion for people management to assist them in driving the business forward for 2025 and beyond.
