Lead and improve all procurement activities in a project, implement strategies for better operational results, and ensure compliance with procurement procedures. Additionally, you will optimize resource allocation to achieve efficiency.How You’ll Make an Impact

• Actively participates in the project core team to influence early stages and enhance internal workflow and process efficiency.
• Implements precise sourcing and procurement processes, coordinating all related activities and resources within the project.
• Conducts thorough analysis of customer inquiries during bidding and opportunity management phases to grasp functional needs and integrate supplier innovations.
• Provides accurate cost data to support project cost estimation and evaluates sales and operational planning for new projects, managing costs to ensure procurement integration.
• Leads the development and execution of procurement strategies within projects, agrees contracts and pricing agreements, and assists or guides specialist buyers in specific material domains.
• Settles key performance indicators for project control, compiles crucial data, prepares comprehensive reports, and systematically disseminates all relevant procurement-related project information.

What You Bring

• Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role in the energy sector and with shown experience in contracting related commodities
• Experience in facilitating or contributing to continuous process improvement projects
• Cross-functional and interdepartmental communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with individuals from various departments within the company and with external suppliers
• Proficient knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic work environment and strong intercultural awareness and outstanding interpersonal skills,
