You will support innovative collaborations between scientists, academics, and organisations delivering the program goals through planning, organisation and execution.As a Science Leadership Program Manager you will hold key accountabilities across:

  • Program Design & Implementation
  • Participant Engagement & Support
  • Feedback, impact assessment and data management
  • External communications
  • Budget Tracking & Administration
  • Science Leadership Program Support – on ground / at events

  • A BSc in relevant field
  • Demonstrable experience managing or coordinating leadership or training programs inclusive of design, planning and delivery
  • Keen eye for detail, with forward thinking ability to plan and coordinate external events with stakeholders from academia and industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong appreciation and understanding of scientific career pathways post-PhD
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build Strong networks in the scientific community

This is a hybrid position based in Oxfordshire.
