Our Professional Services team leads the implementation of cutting-edge analytics, rating and integration projects with industry-leading insurance companies and banks around the world. In this role, As a Project Manager you will serve as the client’s primary point of contact with Earnix, handling multiple priorities simultaneously while managing customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.What you’ll do:Combine tactical execution skills with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycleBe the primary focal point to the customer for all project deliverablesManage customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycleManage project expectations and assignments with team members, internally and externallyAnticipate problems and offer solutions necessary to keep a project within budget and on scheduleMaintain risk and issue log to ensure mitigation strategies are in placeIn collaboration with Earnix management and client stakeholders, define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables while working in accordance with the project communication and governance matrixPartner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to create and execute accurate Statements of Work and present the Professional Services Implementation and Project Management methodologies to prospects.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical pathEstimate resources and identify participants and skillsets needed to achieve project goalsEffectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashionCoordinate with all internal stakeholders the delivery of all customer requirements on time and on qualityBuild an environment that motivates the team to work together toward a successful project deliveryCreate and maintain detailed project documentationEnsure project team time reporting is complete and accurateYou’ll do it using:Strong customer engagement skills and a passion for successfully delivering projectsMinimum 5-7+ years of solid project management experience in an enterprise software companyMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or a related areaExperience managing software delivery projects in the fintech/insurtech industryExperience leading projects in both Agile (Scrum) and waterfall environmentsExperience managing multidisciplinary teams, including team members from diverse technical backgroundsSkills in leadership, adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinkingA solution-oriented mindset: when issues arise, be able to roll up your sleeves and tackle them with a ‘get it done’ attitudeExcellent customer-facing communication and presentation skillsThe ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, including senior stakeholdersThe ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholdersWillingness to travel (when appropriate)You’ll excel by:Focusing on the art of the possibleCommunicating with honesty, candor, and respectCollaborating seamlessly with colleagues across the companyBeing resourceful and creativeActing with empathyYou’ll love it because:This is an incredibly impactful role in the organizationYou will have the opportunity to work in a successful, fast moving, mission-driven companyYou will have growth opportunitiesYou will collaborate with other professional and enthusiastic team membersEarnix has competitive benefits with an all-for-one mentality
