The GOSP Organization & Change Management Unit is in charge of guaranteeing a proper evolution of the organizational structure by implementing GOSP strategy and policies accordingly with Group guidelines, by defining the correct organizational sizing and implementing actions aimed to ensure consistency, harmonization and organizational efficiency.Within the unit we are looking for an Organization Specialist, who will be placed with a maternity replacement contract. He/She will be involved in the team activities mainly focusing on conducting organizational assessments, dynamic reporting analysis and making recommendations, in collaborating with other departments, in order to achieve the Strategic Workforce Planning plan and support the People Strategy.Particularly the person will support the team in the following activities:

  • Support the development of Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives
  • Support in the monitoring of HR strategic initiatives
  • Development of ad hoc Analysis on workforce topics
  • Interactive visual reporting and dashboarding on Excel and Power BI tool
  • Creation, testing, and deployment of Power BI scripts
  • Support in the update of organizational charts and other relevant documents
  • Monitoring of main HR KPIs

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • University Degree in Economy/Management Engineering and any other relevant academic background
  • 1-3 years of experience in the role preferable in International Company or Consultancy firm on similar projects
  • Mastery in data analytics and analytical thinking for converting data into relevant reports and graphics
  • Good communication skills with a client base and problem solving attitude
  • Good time management and work organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deliveries and meeting tight deadlines
  • Attention to details and good reporting skills
  • Good English knowledge (at least B2 level)
  • Good Office 365 skills (MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, open minded approach with the will to speak up
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other basic programming languages for reporting will be considered a plus
