- Ensure continuous production in the area by organizing human and machine resources and providing necessary materials.
- Liaise with related departments and partners.
- Manage and update the database related to the production area.
- Investigate and coordinate the resolution of production-related issues.
- Prepare reports on the production and quality results achieved during the shift.
- Maintain factory order.
Melyek az álláshoz tartozó elvárások?Requirements:
- Secondary education (vocational school, technical high school, or general high school).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing standards and 5S.
- Willingness to work in shifts (12-hour shifts) and perform standing work.
- Conversational level of English.
