Senior Data Integration Developer – Hybrid – LondonAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Data Integration Developer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team in the fintech space. This role is perfect for an experienced data professional who thrives in high-volume data environments and has a strong background in SQL development, ETL processes, and application integration.Key Responsibilities:Application Development:

  • Design, develop, and optimise data applications and ETL processes.
  • Work closely with business users and development teams to gather and define requirements.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in data integration, quality assurance, and security standards.
  • Participate in solution architecture and design.
  • Manage release processes, ensuring compliance with IT change management procedures.

Application Support:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for key data applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes and proactively address issues.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure effective resolution of incidents and service requests.

Key Requirements:Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server 2019+, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Extensive experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration using KingswaySoft.
  • Experience in application integration using REST APIs and SOAP web services.
  • Hands-on experience with Visual Studio 2015+ and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in GIT version control and branching methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 security framework.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
  • ITIL experience and qualifications.
  • AI and automation knowledge.
