The Pensions Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of the company’s DC pension schemes, handling a wide range of tasks related to active, deferred, and pensioner members, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and HMRC requirements.Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day pension activities for all member categories
- Handle member enquiries via telephone, online, and in-person
- Process casework for auto-enrolment and resolve member queries
- Develop subject matter expertise and provide team training
- Maintain understanding of pension legislation, rules, and processes
Requirements
- Significant experience DC pension administration
- Strong knowledge of pension legislation and HMRC requirements
- Excellent numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in IT and self-motivated, organised work ethic
