Onshore Wind Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the development of onshore wind projects in Poland from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:· Oversee the entire project development lifecycle, including site identification, feasibility studies, permitting, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of onshore wind projects.· Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.· Manage relationships with governmental agencies, utilities, and other relevant entities to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.· Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in onshore wind development.· Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale renewable energy projects from inception to completion.· Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape, permitting processes, and environmental considerations for onshore wind projects.What We Offer:· Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.· Benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.· Company car.
