Thebutterygroup is seeking an entrepreneurially minded intern who is passionate about producing great food and in particular gourmet Peanut Butter & Granola!TareasAs a Food Production Operator Intern, You Will:

• Assist with all aspects of production from working with our production team to lovingly grinding, blending and crafting each jar of premium nut butter and delicious granolas.
• Labelling and packing
• Order preparation and packing
• Assist with the development and implementation of both B2B and B2C sales strategies for agreed market segments and territories. Once plans are agreed this will involve hands-on work researching, contacting and meeting with potential buyers virtually or in-person to close sales in the case of B2B sales and managing platforms in agreed territories including Amazon in the case of B2C sales.
• Assist with marketing and social media plan development and with the implementation of aspects of these plans
• Assist with the creation of suitable material
• Assist with market research
• Assist with recipe development and testing
• Admin work may involve researching and contacting shops, assisting with order processing and deliveries, market research and other tasks as required

RequisitosTo thrive in this role, you are:

• Ideally a graduate or in last year of studies in a relevant field
• Entrepreneurial
• Passionate about healthy food
• Not scared to roll sleeves up and do physical work
• Efficient and precise
• Focussed, analytical, strategic mindset
• Able to contribute to the business in an area of your strength
• Self-starter, capable of independent work
