Customer service specialist with German&English
00119614Verification of the identity and age of German-speaking bank clients via video chat.

• Identifying and reporting cases of document forgery and fraud.
• Ensuring full compliance with applicable legal regulations and the company’s internal rules regarding identity verification.
• Managing customer documentation.
• Collaborating with the team and regularly reporting to the team manager.

• Fluent knowledge of German at a minimum level of B2+/C1
• Good knowledge of English at least at a B1 level.
• Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships.
• Openness to shift work and working on weekends.
• Experience in a similar position is an additional advantage.
