Job description

We are looking for a Product Owner HR Workday to support a large-scale migration project.

  • Gather and formalize HR business requirements
  • Define and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Write user stories and ensure functional consistency
  • Coordinate communication between HR, IT teams, and implementation partners
  • Support change management and ensure successful adoption of Workday
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks

Exposure to large-scale transformation projectsInternational environment

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner on HRIS projects, ideally with Workday (but really open to other EPR)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and migration challenges
  • Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and engage teams
  • Excellent communication and change management skills
