DescriptionPosition at EF English LiveEF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic person with a high level of Turkish to join our European team in Barcelona’s office.As a Sales and Customer Service agent, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Sales:

  • Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers.
  • Upgrade and Renew current customers.
  • Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI’s and Sales targets.
  • Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
  • Performs database and record-keeping activities.

The Sales performance will be based on the KPIs settled on a monthly basis.Customer Service:

  • Book and run 1-on-1 onboarding calls with new EF EnglishLive students.
  • Build strong coaching relationships with new customers to ensure they are striving for the right goals.
  • Proactively help to build students’ learning habits.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with EF English Live students via our omnichannel solutions (video calls, audio calls, chat, emails, etc) to ensure they are progressing and having a great experience with EF English Live.
  • Ensure that the customer delivers on his payment schedule.

The Customer Service performance will be assessed on our students’ cancellations rate, school usage, progress, and student’s satisfaction.Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Based in Barcelona and eligible to work from there
  • Fluent level in Turkish both written and verbal (any other language such as Danish would be a plus)
  • Minimum B2 level of English
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
  • Cultural awareness and team-player
  • Good understanding of KPIs and targets
  • 1st month fully office based for trainings
