Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and are you looking for a diverse and young team to coach and develop?We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Team Leader to mentor and guide our international HR Administration team of 9, responsible for supporting Applied Medical’s team members in the Netherlands and in 16 other European countries throughout their employment journey. Your goal will be to ensure that payroll-related deadlines are met, team members act with accountability, and everyone is supported during high workloads and process changes.Our international Team Member Relations department is based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL), where we develop, manufacture and distribute our innovative medical devices. You’ll join a culture fueled by collaboration, innovation, and openness, driven by our mission to make a positive, meaningful difference.Within Applied Medical the title of this position is Team Leader TMR Operations, reporting to the Manager Compensation & Benefits.Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HR specialists and generalists working across different European jurisdictions
- Define team goals in line with the departmental goals and execute the necessary steps to achieve these goals
- Manage and improve the day to day HR administration by identifying bottlenecks and implement solutions to continuously improve service
- Ensure the quality and customer focus of all HR requests and changes
- Ensure procedures and checklists are up to date and compliant with applicable regulations and quality standards Assign work areas and tasks effectively, monitoring individual and team performance
- Plan onboarding and succession strategies to ensure business continuity
- Recruit new team members as needed
- Advisor and sparring partner for managers within the organization
- Support and improve collaboration, both within the Team Members Relations (Personnel) department as well as with other departments
- Collaborate with the Process Improvement team (2 people) to optimize relevant processes and tools
What you bringYou Bring
- Bachelor’s degree level in HR or related field
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- Working experience within Human Resources and familiarity with an HRIS system
- Working experience in an international environment
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law and regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch
