An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a long established Non For Profit organisation based in Dublin 24. The role is to provide comprehensive support to its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Team.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials in advance.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring sensitive information is handled with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
  • Liaise with the Board of Trustees and Company Secretary, assisting with board meetings, documentation, and governance processes.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the central office, ensuring smooth operations and effective administration.
  • Line manage the Central Office Administration Team and oversee hybrid working and meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinate off-site events and support the organisation of major events such as conferences.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional documents independently.
  • Strong time-management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Experience in the non-profit, health, or public sector; understanding of board governance and charity compliance.
