Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or similar support roles in IT or a software development environment
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Very good command of English (B2 or higher) and communicative Polish
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project lifecycle stages
Nice to have:
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PSM).
- Interest in process improvement and project tools
- Awareness of current tech trends
- German language skills (min. B2 level).

About the role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers in the day-to-day execution of IT projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating project activities, organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to grow in the field of IT project management. ,[Assist in managing IT projects delivered in Agile or hybrid models, following PMO standards, Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items, Monitor project timelines and task progress using tracking tools, Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, Help prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates, Support scope definition, estimation, and budgeting processes, Identify and raise potential project issues and risks to the Project Manager, Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives in workflows and processes] Requirements: Degree, Project management, Kanban, Project Management certification, Prince2, PSM Tools: Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
