Job description
An international law firm is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join the New Business Intake team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for mitigating risks through careful analysis and resolution of conflicts of interest.
- Conduct thorough conflict checks and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the legal department to resolve potential conflicts of interest.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance regulations within the legal industry.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all conflict checks.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new conflict management systems.
- Assist in the training of junior team members.

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of conflicts rules, including SRA and ideally US conflicts regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ideally experience using Intapp.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
