Community Teacher – Alternative Provision | North Northamptonshire | £30,000 – £40,000 | Full-Time | PermanentThe PWR team is working in close partnership with an alternative education provider in North Northamptonshire who are seeking a Community Teacher to join their dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis.This is a unique opportunity to work with a small caseload of up to five students at a time, delivering bespoke teaching and pastoral support in community-based settings—such as students’ homes, local venues, or other safe spaces. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
