Milan, ItalyAbout the jobBG SAXO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an operational background who can approach challenges with a project-oriented mindset. You will play a key role in optimizing business processes, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting strategic initiatives across different areas of the organization with a specific focus on funding.Responsibilities
- Support the execution of key projects by coordinating between different teams, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements and write work instructions and procedures.
- Analyze and improve operational workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Support the operation team in identifying and solving potential issues across the business with a dedicated focus on the funding area.
Your profileWe are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who enjoys process optimization and operational efficiency. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Operation role, preferably within the financial sector or in a multi-project environment with a focus on funding.
