Job description

• Preparing and maintaining the Group Transfer Pricing Masterfile, ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulatory requirements
• Leading the development and regular updates of the Group Transfer Pricing Policy and Framework, ensuring its applicability across different business models
• Coordinating global transfer pricing documentation processes and supporting local teams in preparing Local Files and intercompany agreements
• Acting as a key contact for global transfer pricing matters, including audits, tax authority queries, and pricing challenges
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Tax, Controlling, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment between policy and actual business activities
• Monitoring changes in international tax regulations and assessing their impact on the group’s transfer pricing strategy
• Providing support for transfer pricing aspects of new business models and cross-border transactions

International well-recognized manufacturing companyFluent English

• degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field,
• minimum 3 years of experience in a transfer pricing role within a global organization or advisory firm,
• proven experience with transfer pricing documentation (Masterfile/Local File), policy development, and benchmarking,
• strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and international tax compliance,
• hands-on mindset with the ability to manage projects from start to finish,
• skilled in analyzing financial data; experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus),
• effective communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills,
• fluent in English
