• Providing telephone services support to customers.
• Recognizing and solving technical issues.
• Granting information regarding products and their functionality.
• Submitting reports into the system.

Expectations:

• Excellent fluency in Romanian (C1).
• Decent fleuncy in English (B1/B2).
• Communicativeness and willingness to work with customers.

Offer:

• On-site (after 6 months – remote)
• Contract of mandate
• Monday – Friday / 8:00 – 17:00
• Minimal disposition of 120 hours in a month.
