This remote role (15–20 hours per week) offers the flexibility to align with your university schedule and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment within a dynamic consulting environment.What you will be doing:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Assist in screening CVs and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information.
- Help draft engaging job descriptions and support employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and the candidate experience journey.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field).
- Strong communication skills in English and German (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using digital tools and willing to explore AI-powered solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, recruitment tools).
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
