Education Recommendations: Project Management or related fieldOur team CNS Services & Care – is a part of CNS Cloud and Network Services department. We create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models.The primary role of the Project Support Officer (PMO) is to apply effective control to support successful project delivery. The PMO serves as an expert and a lead regarding multiple PMO services such as: document management, finance management, quality and change management, resource and risk management, etc. You will be familiar with the instructions and guidelines of your responsibilities.Responsibilities:As part of our team, you will:

  • Support the line manager in all tasks related to the assignment of engineers to projects according to skills and needs in a dedicated Business Planner tool
  • Work closely with Technical Delivery Leaders to receive information about project needs and support and request demands for engineers
  • Request pre-approval and purchase orders for Subcontracting Companies
  • Calculate project costs for external resources based on reports from the dedicated system
  • Control the status of the validation of the working time and the invoicing of the reported hours using the available PBI and SAP system

Qualifications:You have:

  • Active student status (for at least one year)
  • Good English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work full-time during the summer time
  • Leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Maintaining effective internal/external stakeholder management
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders within Nokia and Customer
  • Willingness to act as PMO specialist and a mentor who is able to conduct Knowledge Sharing sessions with other Team members
  • MS Office and SharePoint experience
  • Ability to work well as part of the Team and as an individual
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changes and learn new tools/skills
  • Ability to solve problems
