• You have at least 5 years of experience managing projects in a software or tech environment, ideally as a Team Lead or Senior Project Manager.
• You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
• You’re confident with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban) and know how to adapt them pragmatically to real-life situations.
• You use Jira to lead projects, structure workflows, and run team rituals.
• You hold a certification such as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), Prince2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
• You have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile estimation techniques.
• Your natural leadership, pedagogy, and ability to rally teams around a common goal make you a key player in continuous improvement efforts.

If you recognize yourself in these points, then welcome to the Sogelink adventure! 🚀Your adventure missionsYou will play a strategic cross-functional role within the Customer Care department, driving project practices with a balance of excellence, empathy, and pragmatism.You will help design, improve, and scale our project methodologies in close collaboration with product, support, and tech teams.You will support teams in delivering cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and shared learning.➡️What you’ll be doing :

• Champion Agile adoption and continuously improve methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban),
• Optimize workflows and lead project rituals using Jira,
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with multidisciplinary teams,
• Guide project practices across Customer Care and coach managers on agile maturity,
• Structure processes, tools, and KPIs to improve project performance and visibility,
• Be a key facilitator and referent across teams (Product, Delivery, Support).
